Tea's Me

Tea is one of my favorite things on Earth. I thank God for the happy accident that led the Emperor of China to discover tea around 2737 BC (so the story goes). Not only is it one of my favorite beverages (hot or cold), but I truly relish in the experience of enjoying tea with it's traditional accompaniments (think scones and tea sandwiches, or even dim sum!). Here you can find all of my tea-related posts, whether they are contributions to my annual Tea Week, restaurants where I've enjoyed tea service (even if it's not a completely tea-focused meal), or recipes inspired by, or including tea. Everything is here on this page for your tea-loving pleasure!
